There are a number of ways you can be an active part of CWJC of NW Arkansas ...

VOLUNTEER

     OPPORTUNIES

• Instructors

There are a variety of job and life skill classes offered with varying schedules.  Commit to instructing just one class for a 10 to 12 week session which meets one to two times a week. 

• Mentors / Coffee Mates

Be a cheerleader, a role model, a friend to a woman in need.  Share a cup of coffee with your mentee.  Pray with and for your participant.  There is someone that needs you and you might just need her!

• Office Workers

There is always photocopying and mailing jobs to be done in a CWJC office.  Donate an hour or two a week or a month!

• Meal Providers

CWJC of NW Arkansas desires to provide a wholesome meal for our participants each class.  Organize your Bible Study group to provide a meal once a month!

• Prayer Partners

Prayer is the foundation of any CWJC site.  Make a covenant to pray for CWJC of NW Arkansas daily.  Contact us to get our prayer card and be put on a special prayer contact list.  Check out our website "Join Us In Prayer" page.

• Committee Member 

There are many areas you can help in including marketing, fund raising, celebration ceremony planning, educational material preparation, etc.  Call and ask how you can help.

FINANCIAL

    SUPPORT

CWJC of NW Arkansas works on a strict budget and every dollar given helps us reach a woman in need.  Support can be given in a variety of ways.

• Monthly Financial Support from an individual or Bible study group $10, $20, $25 a month from 50 individuals or groups can go a long way!

• Annual Fund Raising Activity by your Church or Women's Group

• Supply Gathering Activity by your Church or Women's Group

             copy paper / notebooks

             Bibles (NIV) / dictionaries

             pens / pencils

             Kleenex / toilet paper

             paper towels / paper cups

             paper plates

             instant ice tea or lemonade

             coffee / creamer / sugar

        Every donated item helps us use our budget on other

        essentials.

• Gas Cards for Participants to help them get to and from classes.

• Wal-Mart Gift Cards to purchase items for special occasions like an Open House or Celebration Ceremony.

Every Christian Women's Job Corp. site is responsible for raising its own funding.  We need you to help us reach the women in need in our community. 

Please consider making a financial committment of

a month for the next 12 months.  You would be surprised what 50 people committing to $25 a month can accomplish in making a difference in the lives of women, not only today but for eternity!

OPENING DOORS FOR

     SPEAKING OPPORTUNITIES

Arranging for someone from CWJC of NW Arkansas to come and speak at your Bible Study Group, Women's Group, a Women's Conference, or Church Conference, opens doors and helps educate people about this domestic missions outreach ministry. 

Every opportunity we have to speak to a group or an individual may mean we can reach more women in need.  We never know who will be called to be a part of CWJC whether as a volunteer, a financial supporter, or a participant!
